Veo Camera

In the last few weeks something has changed with an automatic update. Now I can’t start a recording on the app. Veo have asked that I send the camera back to have a look. Although they can’t repair if it’s broken. They can only decommission it 😂.Well that’s fabulous. Why don’t I just decommission it myself by chucking it in the bin. LESS THAN A YEAR OLD and bought in good faith by funds raised from parents of a boys football club.

Had a veo for 3 months it stops working during games and training sessions, customer service is poor and unhelpful

The camera doesn’t connect to the app then worked fine for a week and now back to no connection. Awful for the price we have paid

When skipping forward or back, it can be an absolute pain as it can sometimes take a decent length of time to stop stuttering and finally skip and change to different ‘highlights’. It has also been inconsistent when I try and press what highlight I want to see, as it sometimes doesn’t work at all, and instead it just plays the game no matter what I press. Needs fixed as it is almost unusable on certain occasions.

An automatic update of this application has led to my Veo camera being unable to connect with the Veo application All tests have been undertaken and the camera found functional and working using web browsers but not the application The “support” given from Veo was to upgrade my Veo camera, fill out a contact form and one of the sales team will get in touch, at a cost of around £1000 This is a damaging update with little to no help from Veo and I am now proud owner of a very expensive camera and subscription which doesn’t function as advertised and Veo won’t support

Just need an indicator for when the middle of the two camera are to find the halfway line.

The kit is very good. The customer service is appalling. You have to play around and solve issues yourself, if possible.

For an expensive subscription the app reliability is poor. ‘Error - recording not found’ or ‘Error connecting’ are the two most common messages.

To all users. Please be aware that if you update your iPhones then there is a likelihood that you won’t be able to use the app to record the games. That’s what has happened to me and disappointingly the customer service and support to rectify this was vague and unhelpful. Our club have invested in this system spending over £2000 and had very little success.
