Veri is the metabolic health program powered by your CGM data.
Our program provides the data and guidance you need to find the right foods for you, stabilize your blood sugar levels, and achieve your health goals.
THE VERI PROGRAM
Blood sugar data from a CGM can be hard to interpret on its own. The Veri app makes it easy to understand and take action through our behavior change program.
Veri works with Freestyle Libre 1, 2, and 3
YOUR BODY’S SIGNALS
Veri brings together your blood sugar, food, sleep, and activity data to paint a complete picture of your diet and habits.
PERSONALIZED INSIGHTS
To show you the best foods for your body, our app scores all your meals based on your blood sugar response and the quality of ingredients.
GUIDANCE AND GOALS
Veri removes the guesswork through our evidence-based program with engaging content and daily goals from our health team.
RESULTS YOU CAN SEE
See your changes working with our comprehensive metabolic health metric co-developed with Veri’s advisors of researchers and physicians.

Finally, I know what is going on in my body
I really love the possibility to see how my glucose is influenced by my way of eating and living. Of course, there are some possible improvements (editing, and sharing, favourite meals) to be wished for, but all in all it is a fantastic experience to use Veri.
Usability issues
The purpose of the app is really great. It’s a good MVP I’d say. The interface can be improved to reduce learnability. There is no consistency in patterns like when saving something, some places you have a button others not. If you compared to other apps, this one doesn’t use standard design components and interaction. You have good content, would be great to present them by context. I have low numbers followed by an orange dot, I assume it’s not good, but why? How do I compare with what is good? What does the score on the food mean? Is 5 out of what? Maybe you should consider hiring an UX designer and do some research on how people have been using the app ☺️
