Scan is not working

The QR code scanning is okay but the scanning of the item didn’t work till I tried many times. Please improve your app.

Need improvements!

I’m glad that there’s this app to help people like us verify the gold bars before we make the purchase. But the scanning really needs improvements. It took me 10 tries and stopping my breathing just to keep my hand still for the scan. I can’t imagine if I were to do this in the stores. I’ll pretty much make a joke out of myself. And it might help if the app could have an option to save the scans in another “folder” where we already owned the bar with that particular serial number.

Hard to scan and the camera will turn to landscape instead the usual portrait

Especially 50grams bar. We can’t even scan.
