Appen stängs när man klickar på ”Stäng” för att stänga fönster med grafik/data med historik för temp och fuktighet från sensorerna. Tidigare backade man till översikten och det är väl så det är tänkt att vara. Ny mjukvara är tillgänglig men man kan inte uppgradera… Snabba åtgärder förväntas med tanke på priset man betalar.

Det går inte att uppdatera mjukvaran via appen längre.

Proffesionellt och vänligt

The app logs me out all the time so I don’t use it very often. Once logged out the password is not prefilled and I can’t use the built in Autofill feature on my phone because it can’t save the passwords from the Verisure website. I can also not paste passwords from my password manager, that’s the worst user experience when it comes to logging in. Which is the first experience anyone has with this app! Why can’t I paste?! This means that, every time I use the app I need to reset my password and I need to chose a bad easy-to-spell one because I will have to spell it by hand every time it’s needed. That is a security issue way worse than whatever you are trying to prevent by not letting me paste the password.
