This app, on its face, is a wonderful idea. However, the individuals who run it have in place an arbitrary system that seemingly randomly blocks messaging and the ability to communicate with other traders over “behavior” that is neither defined or highlighted. Proof is never provided for decisions made and communication from “customer support” is quite often accusatory and self-righteous. This unfortunately takes all of the enjoyment out of the experience.

You’re better off selling on eBay. Good luck trying to get support. Sometimes they never ship the cards and it takes weeks!!!! to hear back from support. Poorly ran. If you complete a trade, it will take a month to get cards back.

Without this app I wouldn’t have the amazing cards I have today! I highly recommend giving this app a shot, you won’t regret it

Tons of bugs, owners are shady

The app keeps crashing out and won’t let me log on.

Everyone on the app wants to try to give you cheap cards for your expensive or send a trade for 30 dollars worth of value for 500. Everyone is rude on the platform.

The communication response time, and via email (so out of date) is horrible. Had a $10,000 trade and a package went lost… said out for delivery 3 times. Get a phone number… call customers. They have been no help, hopefully they pay me out full amount of card.

Veriswap has always done a great job in customer satisfaction. Even on small hiccups or delays, they will do right by you. This is the only app I would trust trading on. There are fees but they are small to do large trades.
