Hi. So far it seems the app got only 1-star reviews. Not sure why, as for me it worked perfectly. It connected instantly and I was able to set everything up easily. Great app.

I have tried several times and the Bluetooth never connects. The app also has a link to a YouTube video that fails to connect. Useless product without the use of this app.

Bluetooth does not connect and no online troubleshooting resources. Disappointing product for the price.

Totally agree with the other reviewer. I have also failed to get the 2 to connect! I have to turn the light on and off manually. Not fit for purpose !

I have downloaded the app to connect with my Veritable and waited for 15 minutes like instructed... it has been more than an hour and the app still don’t find my veritable via Bluetooth. I have tried resetting my veritable a few occasions for more than 20 minutes and repeating the steps like in the manual but no luck... I have even checked the Bluetooth if it’s running with my other stuff and it’s working fine. The app doesn’t assist you with anything... just a bottom for a link to a YouTube video and the other to connect with your Veritable...

Le potager se déconnecte, dès qu’on s’éloigne de + de 3 m, les fleurs comestibles que j’ai achetées sur le site véritable, ne figurent même pas dans la liste, les mises à jour ne se font pas ! Franchement, éviter d’investir dans un potager connecté car ça n’a aucun intérêt. Même pas d’informations de manque d’eau qui permettrait de réagir à temps. Je ne vois pas l’intérêt de développer une app si c’est pas pour la mettre à jour.

Jusqu’à aujourd’hui tout fonctionnait bien et toute à l’heure, après la dernière mise à jour l’éclairage s’est arrêté! Pouvez vous faire le nécessaire afin que l’éclairage refonctionne rapidement. Merci
