I’ve spent nearly three hours trying to login. I am registered and I can’t get past the stupid robot verification. Every single time it says there is an error. 😡

I’ve had this app for 6 months and most of the time it is just a blank screen. I don’t see the point in having it and for a big corporation to set up a app that serves no purpose is beyond me. My purchases, which I am happy to pay customs for, just doesn’t work. As a small online business correos and AEAT are crippling my business!!

Error in registration 5 times. All details correct. Received verification code to mobile. Entered. Repeated message error. App deleted.

Entiendo que las reseñas son más bien para el servicio de Correos en general, que podría ser mucho mejor pero la aplicación para mi, funciona genial. Puedo seguir mis paquetes con facilidad. Y se que hay más funciones.

Esta actualización de la aplicación no funciona correctamente en iOS 16, el seguimiento no muestra la animación de la página. Además, la aplicación no tiene la capacidad de leerse en inglés, lo que dificulta su uso para personas que no hablan español. Sería útil la opción de pagar aduanas o tarifas a la oficina de correos. Esta es una aplicación útil si todo funciona correctamente.

Impossible to register or use

Absolute rubbish app only works if you are Spanish. Can’t pay for my parcel and they won’t release it until I do. No help from customer services and this doesn’t help

Crashes all time. No way to change to English or Catalan. Customer service is just awful.

Esta te quitará las ganas de vivir. Hazte cola en la oficina de Correos, será mucho mas rápido

The App Store says it uses English, but it doesn’t - it is Spanish language only. There is no way to change the language, so the app is useless to me.
