Unbearable

The story starts out how this authors stories usually start out, a story involving super powers, a mystery, and a conspiracy, with social commentary peppered throughout, it quickly changes that up however into unreadable preachyness. Not long into the game is a section that breaks game flow and exists for no other reason then to vomit intersectional propoganda down your throat and tell you how horrible you are for believing differently then the author. The game then places the social narrative in beat you over the head manner to the point I could not even finish it. Unless you like your stories being interupted so an SJW can lecture you, stay away

Even better than the first

I absolutely adored the first one, for all the wonder, sadness, and joy it made me feel. This one has, imho, surpassed it, since it had all the elements that I loved most about the first game: the philosophy, the sense of wonder, the adorable and complex characters, BUT it also had a much more satisfying story arc, additional stat mechanics, more ideological dilemmas, and more story variations. I've gotta say though... I miss the hot romance of the first one ;) maybe there are some I just haven't unlocked so I'll replay it a few more times to find them 😏
