PMS軽減とリラックスをよく使っています。 PMSのメンタルが少し落ち着く気がして、とても有難いです。 ワンコイン程度の課金で広告が消せたらより良いのになぁと思ったため、星4にさせていただきました。

突然バックグラウンド再生が出来なくなった

広告が消えるのを待ち、 何を押しても何も起きません。 ミュートであろうがなかろうが音が聴こえません。 ストレスしかたまらない。 期待して損した。時間を無駄にしました。 ⭐︎1つもつけたくないです。

「無音の30秒広告を見れば、タスキルするまで広告は出ずに再生できる」というシステムでしたよね。表示で出てきた話では。 無音と聞いていたのでリラックスして聞いていたのに、インスタの広告が爆音で流れるじゃないですか....それに再生音を調整するたびに5秒見てちまちま消して〜的な小賢しいゲーム系の広告が出るじゃないですか.... 話と違います。 他のappと頻度変わらずに広告を出すのなら、初めからご丁寧な「一度見たら広告出ないよ〜」的な宣言は要らないんじゃないですか。 てか、無音と言っておきながら爆音で広告を流すなんて、ヒーリング系アプリなのにひどい。普通に嘘じゃん。すごいびっくりして心臓が痛い。 無音じゃないなら無音宣言はやめるべきだし、宣言したならきちんと設定を徹底するなり、企業側にも守らせるなりしていただきたい。
すぐに寝付ける！
やりたいことがいっぱいあって寝る直前まで頭をフル回転させていることが多く、いざ布団に入っても頭が冴えたままで1時間ぐらい寝付けず、次の日起きるのが辛いことが続いていました。いくつかアプリを試してみたのですが、このアプリで10分タイマーを設定し使用したところ、音が止まる前に寝付くことができました。数年前に使用していて、睡眠が改善されたので使用を止めていたのですが、最近また同じような状態になっていたので、またアプリを入れました。 いいアプリを開発していただいて感謝です。
