i have a spotify premium account but when j connect my account to the app it says “You must have a spotify premium account to access music on the app”. i tried reconnecting it multiple times and it just doesn’t work.

The idea is great. If it worked it would be awesome, but it doesn’t. Connects to Spotify but when you try to play a song, nothing happens. Super glitchy :/

Won’t recognize my premium account

Whatever email or phone number I use it says it’s already in use, but password reset says it doesn’t exist. I have never created an account on this app.

Completely unusable. It was working for a minute when I first started, but now it can’t even get all the way thru a song before it starts glitching.

I have no clue why

Please fix this app. I wish it would synchronized better. Would be perfect for bikers

i’ve been trying to use this app with my s/o for months and it is so glitchy! only some songs play, some literally just glitch out. some songs on my phone will play correctly, others will play an entirely different song on my s/o’s phone. so frustrating! wish creators could work out the kinks so we can successfully listen to music together.

Look, I love this app. My boyfriend and I are long distance at the moment and we love that we are able to spend time together just listening to music and talking, but the app is constantly glitching and can be hard to use. For example, sometimes the audio for one (or both) of us just goes out 🤷🏽‍♀️ Also, whenever I try to change my profile picture it just sticks to the one that I had previously, and the same thing happens with the picture we set for our group, if we try to change it, it just glitches back to the previous photo which can be frustrating, but not the end of the world. Another thing is that sometimes the queue of songs that we build just glitches and disappears!!! That’s the most annoying thing, along with the audio just going out. Also, sometimes it doesn’t connect to my Spotify or if it does, I try to open my playlists and it doesn’t show the songs, or the songs don’t play or add to the queue which is frustrating. There’s also a definite learning curve to understanding how to work the app in general, so I think it could be laid out in a much more user friendly way, but if you’re patient it’s a great way to spend time and feel closer to loved ones that are far away.

The interface is not intuitive and the app crashes.
