Leider wird die Fahrt immer wieder von dem Fahrer storniert. Schlussendlich konnte kein Fahrer ermittelt werden. Zudem steigt der Preis jedes Mal nach der Buchung um mindestens 20%. Leider keine Alternative.

Wichtig eine Schweizer Alternative zu Uber zu haben. Nutz es gern aber in Zug hat’s manchmal keine Vertt fahrer leider
Keine Zwischenstops in der app möglich
Bitte Zwischenstopps in der App hinzufügen (auch während der Fahrt wie das bei der Konkurrenz auch möglich ist)… gibt sonst immer mühsame Diskussionen mit Fahrer.

Ansich eine gute Sache, leider kann ich als Zahlungsoption kein Twint eingeben. Schon seit Beginn der App. Sa muss was passieren…
Betrug
Gibt viele Fahrer die betrug machen. Wegen dem immer mit Bargeld zahlen und aufpassen das sie nicht plötzlich den doppelten oder dreifachen Betrag verlangen. Vertt selber macht nichts dagegen. Nennt lieber Uber.

Unseriös
Ich bin seit etwa 2 Monaten mit diese Firma unterwegs. Bis jetzt habe ich leider nur negative Erfahrungen gemacht. Grösste Teil des Fahrer sind recht unseriös. Navigation ist eine Katastrophe. Öfters wieder Fahrt angenommen, danach vom Fahrer storniert und mir das betrag verrechnet - eine Frechheit ! Ich habe Sache im Auto vergessen, seit über 1 Monat warte auf die Rückmeldung von dem Fahrer. Letztens wurde mein Fahrt beenden zu vergessen und ich habe dann die Rechnung von 90.- CHF bekommen. Einfach schlimm. Heute war mein letzten Fahrt !

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit Vertt! Die Fahrer kommen schnell und sind auch immer freundlich.
