Needing two Vertus apps with two separate logins is honestly lazy and a poor resident experience.
Usability needs improvement, missing data and the splitting of functions between the 2 apps Vertus has isn’t making it simpler.
Trying to ask for a building to fix noisy pipes. App doesn’t allow any options which are remotely relevant to this request. I then tried ‘contact’ and this resulted n a phone call which said ‘no one around to help call back later’ Not sure why we need two apps, concierge and this.
3 apps in two years and they are all low on features, poor UX and limited functionality.
