The previous app worked perfectly. This app is dreadful. Pairing is intermittent. Data from watch is imported incompletely and displays incorrectly. It is nothing but a frustrating waste of time.

Does the call feature include FaceTime? Because I’m having trouble with this feature.

Data synched from past weeks routinely goes missing. No reason this should be happening. Ever.

Not fit for purpose! Bought watch two weeks ago, have had to load and reload the app every day as app either freezes the screen or doesn’t “talk” to watch. As previous reviews have said it doesn’t remember personal info put into the app. It really is a waste of time. Like the watch but NOT the app and one without the other is useless!!! PLEASE SORT THESE ISSUES OUT!

This app partners up with a smart watch I have but pretty much renders it useless with the app not tracking things and constantly crashing. Was fine when first started using but now it’s pointless even trying to

The function of the app is fine. Nice and simple. It would be great if it could pull in data from apple health to give a complete picture as some of the steps are missed by my watch and picked up by phone. Sending Gmail notifications to watch would be great too However, the biggest issue is that, in the 2 days I have had it, I have had to go through setup at least 4 times as the app seems to reset itself

Well, lay out is good, but is not possible to use it. I have to uninstall and install again at least once a day. The app doesn’t remember initial setting so every time you have to go over and over through the same questions and details. It’s very annoying.
