The GPS part of this app is never correct. You can be standing next to the client when you clock in, but it shows that you were over 2000 ft.² in the app from the learned location. Deinstalling and reinstalling the app does nothing.

This app would be so much better if it allows the opportunity to be able to fix your time. I accidentally forgot to clock out, and there was no way for me to fix it. Also, I don’t like how sometimes it shows you further away from a destination than you really are. Sometimes the only way to fix it. It’s to clock out and clock back in by then you were late clocking in. That is insane.

Has not got my Location right yet

People’s livelihood’s vepemd on this ! It is flakey at the Best! Time to scrap this worthless peice of costly waste of time. The State of (Texas) Stupidity wastes time and efforts of people to cheat working peole.

it feel like this app was put together quickly and not a very well though out. one of the problem that should have been notice and fixed was let say you sign in time on Monday and forgot to sign out. the next day when you log in you have to sign out so some how it said you have been working on that day since mid night and now what ever the time you sign in and out for that day is completely ignore. please fix it.

I logged in once for my job no problem. My healthcare company wanted to change the credentials and the security pin went from 6 digits to five digits and I haven’t been able to login since multiple times and get the same error error number 309. I tried to delete the app and now I can’t get it back on my Home Screen. This is deserving of less than 2 star’s cumulative.

App will not allow me to change service attendant ID or to switch back and forth to different agencies! Please help, I can’t get clocked in.

This app has been clocking me in and out 25 minutes ahead of when I actually clock in.

This app NEVER consistently gets my location correct! I can be standing in the living room of clients home and it gives a crazy amount of feet away from where I’m at. I’ve used this app since 2019 and it has had issues on a regular basis! I wish my employer would find an accurate app for timekeeping.

I can’t clock in for work and all last week I was not able to do so. This is messing with my money. You guys expect for us PCAs to clock in for work and how it is required here to do so. But you guys can not even tell us when the servers are down. This is horrible!
