It’s unfair to both buyers and sellers as buyers have to buy the items for a lot more in order for the seller to make even a little bit of money. For example, I tried selling a skirt which Vestiaire suggested I sell at £17 however this would result in me only making £4. I am confused as to why Vestiaire thinks this is okay. I will no longer be selling on this platform as other platforms offer a much fairer and appropriate selling fee.
Terrible airport team never answer sent my money to another account that don’t exist and refuse give it back 2 months nothing
Spent a small fortune on a bag, the seller then gets banned from the chat function and never posted the item. It’s 4 days past the delivery date and the order still hasn’t cancelled and I haven’t been refunded so doing a back charge with my credit card thank God.
Waste of time. Try something else. The app looks good at first glance but it’s all show not functionality. Customer service can only send pro forma generic answers. Unimpressive.
Please read other reviews and avoid these people - scammers both for buyers and sellers! They steal your property and essentially demand a ransom to return it to you and you will only get nonsensical replies from their chat bot.
Vestiare suggesting to drop the price by 50% For £24 sale you get £12 wich is not worth Too high commission! compared with vinted is absolutely not worth 🥱
Seller sent the wrong item by mistake and it’s truly impossible to figure out how to proceed from here. Customer support is uninformed, slow, and sometimes rude. You’d think there would be a standardised process for when you receive the wrong item, like in the FAQs, but nobody seems to know what to do. Surely this isn’t the first time it happens? VC is good when everything goes right, but just pray you never have to contact support for anything.
This platform, VC, is extremely arrogant and disrespectful to consumers. Relying on its status as a major platform, it bullies consumers. Within two days of registering, I spent over $1500 on vintage items there. Once I receive all my purchases, I will uninstall VC and share screenshots of my unpleasant experiences on social media, to show more consumers how VC mistreats people.
Not working, deleted reinstalled updated everything, stuck all the time
