Thank you for all you do!

Inconvenient

The app usually works pretty well, however it logged me out and now it won’t allow me to log in from any device. It’s very inconvenient when the tickets require mobile app download.

Links are scams, beware!!

I was trying to reserve some tix on this app and I accidentally clicked on the pop up link. Then it asked me to enter credit card info. Next thing I know, I have a charge on my credit card for something I was not aware of. Please fix the app and stop letting 3rd party scammers enter the app. Thanks!

VETTIX 🔥🫡

I dont understand bashing an app by a company for veterans that gives free tickets. I havent even used the app yet and anticipate for it to be glitchy/buggy at moments. But I am very grateful for the vettix program and many of the volunteers/ donations that help it operate.

As soon as a lottery ends and it’s a buy it when it’s open logs me out every single time as I’m about to buy as soon as I log back in they are gone this is getting ridiculous happens every single time and don’t let me even get started on the lottery even absolute garbage

App doesn’t work

On my way to an event that the ticket is on the mobile app, the app won’t go past the login screen.

Good start but has bugs

This app is a great step forward for vettix, and I like the search UX and how it pulls up/lists events. Really buggy when you go to select an event and get into the lottery. There is no button in the app to complete the process and it just redirects you to a bunch of Ads with links that look legit. I had to go to the browser/website to submit my ticket lottery submission. Love the change though! Just needs a bit of clarity for folks on submitting a request. :)

Login issues

Literally constant login issues. Just spins away without ever logging in. I can login to the website just fine. But there are events that force you to use this app

Long time user. First mobile app tix FAIL

I have an event tonight for which I happily ‘received’ tickets, but this is the first time my tickets aren't ‘print at home’ tickets. They don’t appear on the app, the “missing tickets” link on the “My Tickets” page for the event crashes the app, and there is zero support available. My family is going to be disappointed that we can’t go to the event now.

App is fantastic

Been using VetTix for years - now an awesome program is even better thanks to the app. I don’t get some of the negative reviews. Are some shows “no camera allowed”? Yes. So you improvise/adapt/overcome - take your photo outside the venue in front of the marquee. We’ve done it a few times. Never a problem. App crashes? Reset your phone. It’s not the app, it’s your phone. Problems with your account. Yes, there’s no phone number to call - but reach out via Facebook or email. They are pretty responsive for a non-profit. As I said, been using them for years and never had an issue that couldn’t be resolved easily. Follow their Facebook page and you’ll be good to go.
