Usually I utilise it in the middle of the night. When I'm seeing emergencies and don't trust my brain anymore. It's perfect. To find it useful, you should in general have an idea of what you are doing, so it does not replace studying. It doesn't tell you anything about contraindications or side effects. But it saves you from calculation errors. I love it.
