Items are pretty good quality but when you need to return something good luck. They pretty much tell you to fly a kite.

Truck Bed extender product was advertised as a fit to my truck, but when it arrived and I tried installing it did not fit. I requested a return and explained the reason, even send many photos showing the issue. After days I get a reply telling me “to just install it there”, the area that I had specifically pointed out that is angled and cannot support the bracket. It has been days, I cannot get anyone from customer support to provide help other than the standard template answers, pushing the issue sideways, and not allowing me to return my product. I recommend people to stay away from buying Vevor because of the customer support alone. The products might be a bit cheaper but not worth the hassle and eventually will cost more to your pocket when you are stuck with products that do not work and you cannot return!

Ordered a trailer from these people before Thanksgiving. For some reason, they decided to ship it FedEx, even though they are the worst carrier ever. The product had been sitting in a FedEx facility since Thanksgiving. Vevor won’t pursue it, won’t replace it, or refund it. I finally had to dispute the transaction. Customer support was abysmal. They respond to inquiries by doing absolutely nothing and giving you a canned response telling you to wait, close out the ticket, and you have no way to respond. You have to start a new ticket and they tell you to wait some more, same canned response. 2 months and still no delivery, no refund, and no way to get a decent response. There was an email saying they are closing the ticket, but the sending email and reply email had a send error saying the mailbox doesn’t exist. This company is not worth it. You’ll spend more time trying to get your stuff than what the few bucks you save is worth.

Terrible customer service. They don’t care about you. Specially live chat customer care only said after 24hr someone will reply to you than forget you forever hh. And product quality it’s so so.
