I have a problem with the application
The problem is that the application wants to upgrade but can't do it because it forces a backup. The question is how to force the iPhone 15 Pro to make the application make a backup?

Once your money is in it never comes out
Got the wallet put some money in their and now you cannot even open the app. It asks you to upgrade or back up but neither works just a loop. Updated it through App Store still does not work. Seems like a place that takes your money
My coins have disappeared
This wallet is an absolute piece of trash. All my coins have disappeared, either stolen or lost when these geniuses did whatever upgrades they may have done. I am done with VeChain garbage
No longer supported app
This app is no longer supported by developers. No response from support. No more staking rewards. Vechain appears to be a dead project.

Developers are ignoring biometric issue
There’s a huge biometric issue with their app which basically disables biometric if your phone settings change and does nothing when you press upgrade or back up buttons. This essentially locks you out of your crypto. Pathetic coming from the official foundation.
Can’t access crypto
Says to backup before upgrade, won’t allow me to backup or upgrade so basically my crypto is lost because the app doesn’t work
