During the trip, in order to save time and energy, I had pre-booked a taxi limousine two months in advance, even though it was expensive. The reservation was initially set for 8:00 PM, but suddenly, at 6:51 PM, they notified me via email that the time had changed to 6:30 PM. I tried to contact them multiple times, but the staff intentionally hung up on me and only responded via email. When I chatted with the customer service on Facebook, they initially seemed cooperative but suddenly went silent when it came to taking responsibility. Since the taxi limousine was canceled, they promised to arrange it for 11:00 PM on the same night, so I waited. However, when I reached out again, they said only a morning bus was available, and the refund would take another day. It took a whole week. They tried to gloss over the situation briefly to cover up, but the actual outcome was different, which was absurd. It would have been better if they had been honest from the beginning. Thanks to them, our travel schedule was disrupted, and we had to stay an extra day in a different place. It's my worst travel memory.
