Claim rejection
A big not impressed with treatment from claims dept, has become annoyingly difficult and very frustrating. Rejecting claims and not giving a reason , an app that requires a 12 year old s assistance . App is certainly NOT USER FRIENDLY , 50 years dealing with VHI and having this nonsense when I have a simple one off claim, as I said NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL
