I can’t upload anything via the app. I’ve sent it through the emails. I get a response with the same thing the prior person said 2 people ago. I’m the original person that started that program in the Pierce county area and referred people to the program and you can’t even get me in to fix it. No phone number. Back ground was completed. Drug test was completed. I keep sending updated insurance. At this point you don’t want me to drive, can you just stop beating around the bush and tell me without sending me automated emails to upload the exact things I’ve sent you every time I have sent a email and responded.
The map instructions die when you add more rides and when refreshing it messes up the original directions and when you have no verbal directions you miss turns when it’s adding new people to the route… THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IS THAT THE AUDIO IS ATTACHED TO THE MUSIC AND NOT A SEPARATE NAVIGATION AUDIO. I know this can be done it is done by other driving apps. Why is this app not integrated into CarPlay and whatever android is??? This should come up as a map app on vehicle navigation. Also, why do we not have speed limits on our maps??? <<< this would be super helpful. When reporting a problem in the system with a screenshot there should be my e-mail automatically addressed in there i shouldn’t have to type it in… we are driving or wasting time when we are picking people up. I can talk to text the problem in quickly but typing in the email repeatedly is a problem. Otherwise, i like the app and program.
Bad paying company And wants its driver to have the new vehicle!!! and bad pay
Worked as a lead and everything about this job is a lie, from the workers holding hours and trying to fleece you for 20 to book, the drivers are peeing in bottles and having hookers in the vans, no repairs are done to the vans, call center is horrible, they fire you for fraud even tho you follow app rules when they wanna hire people for cheaper pay. They lower the incentives all the time or give none. Crazy amount racism especially toward Spanish drivers, rider always claiming sexual assault and via will cover it up. I can go on this company is trash and will continue to be that way cuz it’s the new 2 dollar Mini van

You need to be 25 or older to drive with this app. Why even have the option to select your birth year if you’re under 25? They limit the birth year to 18+ already, why not just eliminate the option?? Lame and probably a scam anyways
After the last update, I now have to uninstall and reinstall on a near daily basis in order to log in. It glitches like crazy to the point where it is very hard to do my job. I’ve reported the issues many times to no avail
They should do the right thing and sell this company to someone who knows how to do it right. They treat their drivers like garbage. All they care about is their contracts. Not people.
Do not get involve with this company, it's a headache and a scam, trust me Ive driven for them the last 3 months. First of all the work is fine, it's like uber/lyft but you get paid hourly, so basically you are an employee, thus should be entitled to your 15 minutes breaks every 4 hours you work. Well, that's not happening. They sign you up as independent contractors so you if you take those 15 minutes breaks, you don't get paid. That's the first issue. Second, if you happen to get into an accident, they will temporarily terminate your work for 3-5 days for "investigation purposes". Which means you miss a week of work, no compensation, no "are you okay?", no "how can we help you". Third, after they have done their "investigations", they don't care if you are at fault or not, they DON'T CARE if you have all the documentation and police report to back you for you or not, THEY WILL WRITE YOU UP WITH A WARNING. And guess what, you don't get to have it appeal or revoke because "it's just part of the process, and it won't be on your record or anything" until when you are unfortunate enough to get into another accident, once again, not your fault with all the police report and documentation again. Then they give you a "FINAL WARNING" as part of their process. Like I said, they SIMPLY DO NOT CARE. Lastly, when you sign up, they will have you sign paper work so that regardless of who's at fault for the accident, and regardless if you have insurance of the other drivers or not, they will charge you money, in my case $500, just because you have signed the paper and just because they repair cost a lot of money.
