What the heck is this. It can only hurt the Trans Canada. Also cannot find other Viarail routes and services.

Worst app I’ve seen yet, from interface to user friendliness. There’s no way this app was tested by costumers before full launch.

This is the worse App ever. I don’t really care to see a train moving across the country. All I want is my account to book a train and pay for it. I don’t have all day to watch this piece of junk.

I am not able to use the app- to navigate. Each time I end up powering off my phone . Will use website instead

Ok - you got me - very funny. Where’s the one for the phone? Let me guess - you tendered an RFP for someone to develop the app and you awarded the contract to the lowest price after they promised you the world. See ArriveCan, Phoenix pay system…etc.

I really don’t understand what this app was designed for. As a business app, it can’t book tickets, view itineraries or even check the train schedules. As a game/AR app, its menus are too small for selection with a finger. Your finger needs to be the size of a pine needle to use it. The company building this app did a terrible job but even more horrible is ViaRail’s decision to release it. Should have been taken off the App Store for violating Apple’s accessibility guidelines and the usefulness clause.

Really bad. Don’t bother even try. Have deleted it since it doesn’t seem to fulfill any need at all.

What in gods name is this app? I am legitimately blown away at this. Go back to the old app.

This is ridiculous. It made me decide not to buy a train ticket anymore … we can’t even read the options … there is no menu … it’s a horrible app
