Complete system failure - Can’t even access my own bank account
For the past SIX HOURS, I’ve been unable to deposit, withdraw, or even access my account due to a “system update”... I’m not even sure how long this will take because when I called the 24/7 hotline for more information, I sat on hold for 20 minutes just for them to tell me “we don’t know”….!? It’s not exactly comforting that my financial institution has no idea when I’ll be able to access my own money. The cherry on top is that I can’t even handle all of my responsibilities once the system is back online because y’all will freeze my account and force my card to decline if I make “too many” transactions in a day. Looks like it’s time to find a new bank.
