VicoHome security app. And cameras.
These cameras were about a 3 month learning curve and you MUST get the basic service at $4.99 USD/monthly.
Once mastered, with the basic service, I find these cameras to be a very good deal. They are flexible as far as power source (I use solar), and they can be dialed in to eliminate false alarms.
These cameras are a recommended “buy,” if you are looking for a budget friendly security camera. I protect five acres with 9 (nine) cameras. It’s probably overkill, but it’s a crazy world.

Quite surprised
I acquired this for overview of any nightly activity outside my home. I was pleasantly surprised with the value & quality of the product. Has great features that can be modified to your needs and for only $5.00 a month the app works great storing clips. I’m planning on acquiring several more “sun permitting” since it’s solar.

Hi - I am very happy with my BirdKiss product I was given as a gift but the app can stand some usability help. Here’s my top wish list items: 1) offer default of video to full screen mode 2) give delete and mark options in full screen mode 3) allow me to select multiple videos and play them sequentially 4) give multiple mark options (ie. for favorite, review, delete) 5) give fast forward and rewind options 6) let us ignore activity of humans and pets without recording, and 7) let me label the birds in my videos and allow me to filter my videos to see those labels.
Also, the product could use a wider perch and more accessories.

Very easy to install. Picture quality clear. Functionality of App easy to use. All and all, so far, very happy with this security camera.
Great app and customer service
The app works great and provided tech support that was timely and accurate. I have been very pleased with these cameras and how the app functions.
Not working correctly
I paid for an annual subscription, and I’m finding it quite irksome that the app is suddenly not working correctly after months of being fine. I can’t do anything on wifi because it says I have poor phone network, yet every single other app and the internet work fine. There is nothng wrong with my router, nothing wrong with my phone. Each device says on the info page that wifi signal is strong and that the device is online. I can see live footage when on data, but not the recorded videos. It still picks up and records motion and notifies me when someone is detected, just doesn’t work so I can see anything. I can’t find any way to contact anyone for help either. App is updated and firmware was updated. Developer, please help.

I purchased the bird cam and I love it. It came quickly, it’s very clear viewing. I couldn’t get it to work at first so I contacted support and they were quick to respond. I’m going to really enjoy my cam. So glad I got it.
