I have spent over an hour fighting with this app to recognize the information on my passport card and passport book. Keeps putting today as the DOB, does not allow fields to be updated. Absolutely ridiculous! Updated indicate fixed bugs but apparently it needs more work

I’ve tried to scan the back of my ID no less than 30 times with an error message ‘There was an issue scanning your ID. Please try again.’ The ID is in perfect condition. I’ve tried flash on or flash off, natural light, etc. Nothing works.

Needed to use this for work, it keeps giving me the check mark ✔️ then refusing my ID. There is NOTHING wrong with the id! And of course zero help from anyone regarding this bug.
When you hit order check nothing happens to say it’s been ordered, so you got it a few times. After getting frustrated you log out and at the sign in of the app it says check ordered!!!
I was planning on needing 15 minutes. I was done in 5!
