I’ve been going to the Vida in Carlswald shopping centre for months now and I have to commend the staff and their service. It’s not just coffee it’s passion it’s love for people that keeps me coming back. Mpume to be specific is my favourite character. He loves being a barista. He does it with a smile that could light up the world. Today they told me the store is closing down soon and it saddens me because as their time ends here so does mine. I will miss you all

Navigating back from the Order Ahead categories is near impossible

I have like a million messages in my inbox and it’s stressing me out. The only way to clear them out is to tap each one and then hit “Obrigado”. Obrigado is not the word that accurately captures my sentiment as I’m undertaking this task. Give us an option to clear the whole inbox in one go.

Customers who buy more should be rewarded than the average customers. I always take my clients to Videa and should be rewarded for it. Sometimes no tables are available .

App is fine overall, could be a bit faster and smoother but still very good comoared to others. One thing that seems like a simple addition that is lacking is the ability to clear the inbox in one swoop.

My app is not opening

Your app does not open after update just gives logo then blank white screen

I’ve downloaded the app because I buy almost everyday by you guys and someone told me about the vouchers. However when I tried to register the otp pin doesn’t come through to the number I’m entering. Everytime I press resend code then it only comes through then it’s to late to enter as it expired. Just ended up deleting the app because it’s a waste of time.
