The worst TPA ever experienced
The app never works. If by mistakes it does, uploads never gets complete. Customer support is utter failure. I don’t recommend it

No policy is showing in the account

The application crashes most of the time.
Terrible upgrade
The app crashes and shuts automatically after you choose the document type under claims option in second screen. Super frustrating…
