Yoga classes at home!
Being able to do a yoga class at home with a live instructor is a great option. And if I can’t join the live class I can still do the recorded version at my discretion. When I’ve had questions I can message the Vital team and I get a quick response from a real person, not an automated system. I’m looking forward to checking out the rest of what this app offers!
