Doesn’t even load my videos. Strangers videos are all it shows. Weird.

I used to be able to look at old videos and save them from this app. My daughter got killed and I wanted to save all my old videos of her for my grandsons. But, after paying for it And signing in none of my videos are there now. Just a bunch of reels that have nothing to do with me. So don’t waste your $. It doesn’t work like it used to

States still on Test mode will not allow to login Still states on Test Mode. I used to be able to download my FB Videos to my IOS Device. You have a problem since your last update. Update for Bug Fix does not show your videos on FB. It has an add to create an account online and verify with a credit card? Yeah like that is going to happen. To view and download videos one uploaded themselves should not require another account with a credit card. I deleted your application. Will save any future uploaded videos to FB in a OneDrive file to view and download to my devices. Much simpler.

Used to work great now it only prompts “under development” and will not allow downloads from FB

This app just took my money. I wanted to download my Facebook video to my phone and it did not do ad promised.

I tried to login after collecting my data info , they refused to log me on , I’m about to go change my logins

Not please that my FB videos were moved to this app without my consent or knowledge. Had to search a long time to find out where they were. HOW do I download a video from this app? Are they charging me 99¢ to move my own video? Why can I not find an answer online??

This app is by far 1 of my faves for saving FB vids even with some of its bugs. But I need help now, I signed out of my main FB account to my backup account because I wanted to save a vid from there and now it won’t let me switch back!!! 🥲 I hope you’ll make this much easier in a future update, please and thank you.
