Data lost
I have used this for many years on iPhone 7+ which has gone through a few iOS upgrades with no issue. Finally decided to upgrade the iPhone itself to 15 Pro Max. Did all the things such as backup etc After restore to new phone ALL of my precious photos and videos that were stored by this app have been lost.
No customer service all my data lost. Have never replied
After using this app for a number of years A few All my cloud dataweeks ago all of my iCloud files disappeared. I contacted the “help” desk, twice over a 7 day period, and two weeks after my first contact have had no response whatsoever. So basically years of files have been lost.
Great app
Have been using this app for years and it’s more stable and responsive than ever. My only wish would be that the video controls could be used from a keyboard. Just a skip +/- 15s using left/right arrow would be awesome!!
Been great app but now since iOS 16 it won’t upload photos
I’ve used this app for years and it’s been excellent, but since updating my iPhone 13 to iOS 16, it won’t upload photos, it just hangs. I’ve left app open for hours but it still is unable to upload the photos either on mobile data or Wi-Fi.
Constant Crashing
App just keeps on crashing after entering the passcode. Seems iOS 16 has broken it altogether. Obviously not properly user tested, otherwise this would’ve been picked up before now.
Gifs don’t work
Tremendous app except for the gifs not working (meaning no animation/movement). They haven’t worked for quite some time. Even the ones I loaded years ago (and had always previously worked) just stopped working.
Don’t waste your time with this.
Save time on this app by going to your iPhone photo album, select all, then delete. That will replicate the function of this app after the latest update. The developers make a complete mess of updating a decent, functional app then don’t respond to support requests. Avoid. It won’t stay open long enough without crashing to transfer my photographs out of it.
What’s gone wronge
All was well until latest update, now open the app, it goes to my photos and then returns to the open screen. Can’t now use the app ,pity It used to work well
