This app sticks at 0% saying please wait downloading it never does. I paid for a year subscription I want my money back.

Subscribed this afternoon and doesn’t work

This afternoon I’ve subscribed for a full year (14.99) so that I could have Ad Free and Save & Share HD videos. It doesn’t work at all. All it says is UNLOCK PREMIUM AND I STILL GOT ADVERTS ALL THE TIME. There are NO SETTINGS OR HELP TO GET THROUGH TO ANYONE. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I have paid for the app but it will not let me save videos it takes me back to ask me to subscribe again every time even though I already have
