I’ve already purchased this app and loved it. The app was upgraded and asking me to purchase it again. I sent several emails to fix this issue but silence on your end. Please help

This used to be one of my favorite apps, now it’s terrible they’ve updated it and it just doesn’t work anymore. The browser is terrible now, you used to be able to go directly to a website by typing the link, now you can only search for it. And I can’t figure out how to download ANYTHING from the browser anymore. Terrible. Garbage. Change it back

Don't make the mistake I did

I bought this app years ago, now update new version says me “Upgrade” error message when I tried creat new folder. I might purchase AD free at that time in old version app. However it doesn’t allow me to purchase lifetime option, persistently error message appears “I’ve purchased”. So I can’t upgrade and so I can’t add new folders anymore. Please fix this problem immediately.

Why are the issues not being fixed. I’ve had this app for YEEAAARRS. All the sudden you changed the app to create a new subscription model…and even current users are being affected. I purchased the full version a long time ago, and now it’s asking me $17.99 one time purchase. Even if I TRY to purchase it won’t let me. This is completely broken. Even “restore purchase” doesn’t do anything. So many EMAILS sent, no response. So many negative reviews, NO updates. I’d appreciate some type of response like “working on it. expecting it to be resolved by X date” instead of ghosting….im definitely going to be switching to another app once I find one that is comparable to the ORIGINAL version of this one. -100/10

One of the most reliable apps for years until the latest update. A few clicks and it quickly becomes apparent that the uploading and downloading portions of the app are not responding or operating. Either don’t update it if you still have a working version or might-as-well delete it and hunt for a replacement if you already did the update. So sad. Amongst numerous apps out there, this one was a little treasure. *smh*

The update took everything away that was great about this app. Old version was superior.

I purchased this years ago and since the app updated just before the new year December 2023 it no longer works and will not allow me to free up my stored videos. No response from support and no new updates have resolved issues. This app no longer works as originally designed.

You have failed, immensely. It’s supposed to be an editor- and I can’t even save what I’ve downloaded. A shame.

The app is slowly improving again, very little by little. Will wait to see how it ends up.
