I couldn’t get past Captcha verification to create an account needed to setup PTZ camera.

I have an issue that Jennova tech support can’t even give me an answer about. It’s regarding the vehicle detection. If it’s turned on it will give me “human” motion detected push notifications. The problem is THERE ISN’T A HUMAN. Tech support refused to answer my question on why this happens. I’m a professionally licensed alarm technician that also installs CCTV systems on the daily. I’ve never seen this issue before. I think what’s happening is the coded terminology is incorrect, obviously it should say “vehicle” detected. Simple patch will fix that issue. However, I think the problem goes further than that. Anytime I have “vehicle” detection enabled and if the camera is looking at a parked vehicle the camera constantly has motion boxes (green) around the vehicle and it’s constantly flickering as if it were moving. It’s literally a parked vehicle. It should only alert for vehicle detection if that vehicle ENTERS the motion region. Not when it’s already existing within the Motion region that’s parked. Other than those two issues I think it’s a great camera for being less than $200. Update. No matter if vehicle, bike, pet, or human is on it will ALWAYS say “human” Motion detected. Fix this please.

This is a horrible app. Unfortunately my SV3C cameras use this app. It can’t retrieve videos, it is not fully translated to English. Mr. Developer, fix this app so I can use my cameras!

I can’t even get past the create an account page because the captcha doesn’t work this makes no sense. Terrible

I don’t even know what to say. This is the worst security camera app ever developed. I am not exaggerating. It is 100 percent useless.

The app constantly resets the time to china time zone not North America. Also, playback constantly drops out even though the camera is hard wired. The app doesn’t work well at all. If I could give less than 1 stars I would. All the other app makers update their apps when customers complain, these guys must have retired, no UPDATE to fix??

Never even sends the captcha email code to create an account. May as well just take the app off the store as it is literally useless.

Not able to add camera to the app. Basically useless tool to buy since camera is not added to the application. Do not recommend

Bought a poe ptz camera and this is the only app that works with it. Constantly have to uninstall and reinstall the app because it stops controlling parts of the camera. There are no instructions on how to use the app. App always changes date and time of the camera without notice. Very glitchy app that needs work. It has also crashed a few times.
