I paid for a movie and it was a premium instead of basic so that I could watch it together with my friends. But the movie only plays on phone and cannot play on screen cast on a tv. It was such an embarrassment infront of my friends. It was a waste of money. I want my money back.

The app sudeenly stop and i cannot see the moviee, the money was cut from my account and i dont get anywhere to fix my issues, for customet satusfaction there should be a place to report when problem arise

Totally disappoint with this app. I paid twice but still asking for the payment. Worst app ever seen

I watched couple of movies during this festive holiday. I purchased couple of movies but unable to cast in my tv and I contacted video pasal team via WhatsApp. They responded within minutes even on the day of Dashain (Tika) and solved the issue.
