I purchased lifetime features a few years ago. I found the purchase in my purchase history. Now it’s asking me to start a paid subscription. Contacting support a few months ago got me nowhere. I received no response. I like this app a lot, but I’m not going to pay for it again.

I’ve been wanting YouTube channel but since I got this app, I Felt like I had my own personal one at home! I almost can’t stop using it! Now I can never run out of ideas even though I used to have none! Download it now!

I’ve used this app for 10 years and consider myself an expert using it. It’s broken now and I I’ve submitted multiple bug reports daily ,each time the app crashes after I spend days editing and hours downloading and /or attempting to export directly to YouTube - they’re ignoring the issue. Obviously I’m extremely disappointed as a monthly paying pro user for a decade to see the app totally FAIL and then to be ignored.
I may not know a lot about video editing, but it doesn’t seem to matter with this app. It’s as simply presented as it can be and intuitively laid out. The creations I’ve made look complex and in depth, and took mere moments. Hands down the best video editing app I’ve ever used and I see no reason to ever use anything else.

Your app is amazing. Thank you for all you do. Ive experienced so much heartache and disappointment with buying and using apps. When they take away tools and abilities you once used is the worst. Apple itself has been terrible. Recent ios17 to 18 they removed the ability to select music from your library to use with slideshow. Videoshop however has been absolutely user positive wherein you enable and encourage the user rather than limit and deny. Thank you! I purchased the stand alone Ken Burns function. My next purchase with you will be for the lifetime full function.
