Paid for subscription and it doesn’t work!!! They literally just scammed me! I just received a response from the developers, and they’ve informed me that they do not issue refunds. They claimed that if any charges were made, it might be due to a subscription renewal that wasn’t canceled or because the trial period ended. However, it’s clear they didn’t carefully read my review. I wasn't complaining about being charged for a subscription; my issue is that I was charged for a subscription that I never received! I paid for a VIP subscription, but they simply took my money without providing VIP subscription! I’m appalled that such a scam can exist in an app available on both the Play Store and App Store. After being completely scammed by VideoShow, I’ve discovered plenty of other apps with better functionality. I strongly advise against paying for anything in this app.

I want a refund. I had to pay twice for VIP MEMBERSHIP on my iPhone and IPad

This app used to be my favourite tool in editing videos but now I’m too disappointed on it. Music can’t play and download. There’s nothing can be attached in my edited videos. I paid for this app and even upgraded for a VIP just to avail all the materials I thought I can use unfortunately, I felt so scammed! I demand a refund!😩

So you need premium to do anything? I mean if that’s the case than just make the app cost. I don’t want to install a free app and then half to pay to use it 😤

Updates made this app hardly useful. Especially sorting photos or videos and preview of the video doesn't show the correct canvas of the video. It is very hard to sort photos or videos in timeline mode. Give an option to sort photos easily. This is very painful and wastes lots of time. Developers add an easy feature for sorting. I don't think you fix this issue to better for me to initiate a refund in apple report.

Very easy app to use however, app glitches and shuts down while editing a video. Sometimes after opening the app I don’t even get to the spot in my video that I want to edit before the app glitches and shuts down. And when it doesn’t glitch and shut down sometimes, quite often I am only able to edit one small thing at a time save it and then edit one more thing or two then have to download video to my phone and then upload it again to the video app to do another edit. Very annoying. Specially considering it is a app I am paying for.

Excellent app

Spotify has been big for a while now. Why is it left out? It’s been impossible for me to convert music from YouTube and use it on this app. So difficult I swear! This makes the app kind of useless to me. I don’t think I’ll be renewing my membership next month man.
