Dr. Van wert is the best! He has kept me in an excellent place with asthma. Thank you dr. Van wert and jocelyn!! I did, as always, have trouble getting on video….but in the end i did.
Unreliable and quirky
I use this daily for medical consults in a hospital. About half the time, the audio doesn’t work and I have to call back a few times to get it working. The major issue currently is that the iPad version for some reason will not let me use my camera unless the app is full screen. If I try to put VidyoConnect into splitview or slide-over, I can see the patient but they can’t see me. Why? The audio still works, so why turn off my camera? Very frustrating.
