App cứ sau giờ hành chính ck lỗi
App thường xuyên lỗi không ck được ngoài giờ hành chính, mặc dù app bank khác vẫn ck vô tư

Chuyển tiền mà cái được cái không , cứ chuyển được 1 lần xong lại báo lỗi sinh trắc học , k chuyển được , trong khi đã cập nhật sth???
Trải nghiệm cập nhật sinh trắc QUÁ TỆ
Xác thực sinh trắc đến lần thứ 5, bao gồm cả xoá app đi tải lại mới được. Trong khi mình xác thực trên app các ngân hàng khác rất nhanh gọn. Đề nghị Viettinbank xem lại cách triển khai tính năng, tránh gây khó khăn, cản trở cho người dùng!!!
