The country is fully open now so what’s the point of making visitors to fill out this form? Should they just check the vaccine card and be done with it? They LOVE creating problems for the people. Sadly Not everyone has a smart phone or know how to use one so this app is NOT a good idea. 👎👎👎👎👎

A very good app for registering arrivals, movements, and tracking NCOVI-19. Very confusing though about using this app vs. the other official NCOVI app? There should just be one offical Viet Nam NCOVI registration and tracking app.
