I can only underline what other users complained about: The app doesn't work anymore, since the log-in ends with an error message. You want to reset your password? Forget it, you won't receive the related email - and no: It is not in my spam folder. Get it pls working again soon!
Although I have won several contests and did receive my prizes, I can’t recommend this platform. Despite having there almost 20k followers, I almost get no feedback, views or likes on my images. The translation to German is so bad, that one can only laugh about their efforts. Worst of all: The app doesn’t work anymore, since the log-in ends with an error message. You want to reset your password? Forget it, you won’t receive the related email - and no: It is not in my spam folder. Conclusion: Terrible experience over all!

… bis auf ein paar kleine Details. Die App hängt leider sehr oft und Nachrichten die Man gelöscht hat, werden immer noch angezeigt nur lesen kann man sie nicht mehr. Bessere Erklärung einzelner Funktionen wäre auch hilfreich.
Eine durch Viewbug bestätigt abgelaufene Mitgliedschaft wird ohne Einwilligung erneuert und das Geld abgebucht. Auf Nachfrage wird man dann auch noch angelogen (Haken bei Verlängerung wäre aktiv, Onlinekonto zeigt den Haken als inaktiv an) und erst auf weitere Nachfrage inkl. Nachweisen bekommt man sein Geld zurück. Lieber die Finger / Karteninfos weg davon!
Sorry, but the german translated version is absolutely awful. You‘d better spend money for a human native speaker than a machine a.i. translation. No Go! Second thing is, I don‘t know how to play your games, challenges and contest. I get some irritating messages of how good my photos perform but never know what exactly happens,I i.e. get told how many photos are behind mine, but not how many are in front of me. And, absolute terrible, you always try to make me pay for this thing. So I suggest: make clear the rules, much more transparent than today. Give us a chance to use the app in native English instead of this „translated“ stuff.
Die App ist an und für sich ganz schick. Nur fehlen einige Funktionen, die im Web vorhanden sind. Ebenso ist es unmöglich die Push Benachrichtigungen einzuschalten, da ich in meinen Einstellungen vom iPhone die Mitteilungen nicht aktivieren kann. Ansonsten sieht die App toll aus. Eine 1-wöchige Testlaufphase wäre auch eine nette Idee, bevor ich mich eventuell für die Plus-Mitgliedschaft entscheiden möchte.
I have pro+. I did the mistake by paying. It was mentioned that I need to pay per month but they charged for whole year at once and 7 euros more than stated. I asked for refund and they said it is not possible. Bug 1: I am not able to upload photos in the app. Bug 2: I am not able to import pictures from social media. Bug 3: Many times, I have white screen in between browsing the app. Bug 4: Stats are not getting updated for weeks. Feature lack 1: I am not able to see what is my ranking in contests. Feature lack 2: No progress bar for upload. Because no upload possible for me at all. Feature lack 3: The website is similar in many bugs but there are many features not available in the app at all. Support is non existent. I send them the list of bugs they told me to send screenshots. This is a default message from them. I did send them screenshots. In reply they told me to send screenshots again. I would recommend using photo-contest platform over viewbug for sure. But my bad that I paid for view bug and no refund or support is possible.
Die App an sich ist super. Aber sie ist so unglaublich langsam, dass ist schwer ist sie anständig zu bedienen(Webseite und App sind sehr langsam). Hinzukommt, dass die deutsche Version nicht wirklich gut übersetzt ist. Man kommt aber klar mit den Übersetzungen.
Your translation from english to german is so bad, i don‘t understand the meaning!!!! Why you think, someone will pay for horrible translation?!
