Не работает приложение.
Обновила приложение, теперь не работает вообще. когда захожу в приложение, написано «ошибка загрузки…» якобы у меня интернет не работает, хотя у меня все исправно работает, и интернет и все другие приложения. Прошу решить проблему.
Ужасный клиентский сервис
1) Не поддерживают актуальным список на продажу вещей. Оформила заказ на доставку, не привезли, спустя двое суток пришлось связываться с магазином и узнала, что вещь была продана другому покупателю ПОСЛЕ оформления мной заказа. Даже не сообщили сами ничего. В приложении нет сервиса клиентской поддержки и контактных данных 2) неправильно работают фильтры в поиске
Неудобное с багами
Что сайт, что приложение - максимально неудобны. Никакой сортировки при переходе в товары со скидкой, автоматом выкидывает в раздел одежда. А в приложении и вовсе другая цена в ленте и в карточке товара. Операторы в вотсапп утверждают, что ВОЗМОЖНО при регистрации все отразится корректно. Почему компания не развивает ecom - непонятно.
Ребята делают маркетинг, но нет продактов. Беда!
Ужасное приложение. UX/UI на нуле. Так и не смог оформить заказ. Сначала при оформлении нужно было додуматься, а как же ввести email, так как далее нельзя было перейти, в итоге я так и не смог выбрать банк, чтобы оплатить. И да, поиска нет вообще.

Не открывается корзина. Не возможно совершить покупку!
Увольте разрабов своих
Было более менее работающее приложение, после двух последних обновлений при выходе обратно к общему списку товаров после просмотра отдельной позиции ВЕСЬ СПИСОК УХОДИТ ОБРАТНО В САМОЕ НАЧАЛО!!! После этого психуешь и тупо бросаешь попытки вернуться к тому месту просмотра где был до этого!!! В избранном как был баг с отсутствием отображения цены, так и остался.
Пожелание
Сделайте возможность сортировать вещи не только по цене (от высокой к низкой и наоборот) но и по дате поступления или по коллекции (2022, 2023 итд). Было бы значительно удобно пользоваться приложением

Не могу сделать заказ так как сайт и приложение не сохраняют личные данные и не переходит в страницу оплаты
