Wait times are often incorrect and longer. If the ride arrives early though they leave. If a bus arrives but is not assigned they won’t let you on but the bus that finally arrives could already have 20 people on it

Wait time will hang around 10 minutes for 30 minutes

Missed our dinner reservation at Beano’s cabin because the app said 3 minutes until a shuttle would be there, but it took 20

Drivers are just as blind as end users. The app looks pretty but the practical functionality remains, after many years, mediocre.

The app has been good over the last few years but the update this year is a step backwards. The app does not refresh often enough. The data on driver location is sorely missed and should be brought back.

No it’s not a great app. Don’t believe that 4 year old lie. We come up here every summer and have yet to have the app work. Starting with the big red banner over half the screen that says to check my connection, which is just fine. And you cant get rid of the big red banner. So try to book transpo on half an iPhone screen. Thus the one star.
