Great features but when I bought my pro package the app didn't recognise and I still couldn't use all the pro features. Their customer service was a waste as they didn't even know the difference between the Google store and an Apple store. Happy to got my purchase refunded through Apple.
Hi team Vimage, I have been using Vimage for the past 2 years now and I had purchased the life-time subscription to it back in 2019. This subscription works on my Samsung Galaxy S8 smoothly. Since I upgraded to iPhone, Vimage app doesn't approve my 'Restore' and I can't edit any photo without the watermark now on my iPhone. I still have the Samsung phone but It isn't accessible now. The app is amazing and one of the best investments I've ever made. Please help me with this issue so I can restore my purchase on my new phone.
I do love this app. The set out is clean and easy to use. 2 issues. When is there going to be an ipad version. It’s just cruel using it only on the iPhone. Second is if u have a large photo collection, I have 70,000, then it is virtually impossible to load a photo. Surely I am not the only iOS user with that many photos. I intend to resubscribe only if it becomes usable. Other Similar apps have no issue loading the photos on my phone or iPad.
Yesterday I purchased this app ($32.99 for a life time) I have 2phones I use in the same apple account when I used my second phone it still charged my money that’s mean they charge me twice for the same app. so I’m not really happy with that. So disappointed. I want to refund my money back. Don’t want it anymore. Ripped off!!

I absolutely love this app , very easy to use . But ,,,,, they have just started this, if you want to save your edit you have to either upgrade or watch a flipping add! Not On . I will keep using until I find a replacement .

When I select the star effect for a photo it doesn’t download the effect like the other ones do and then displays the radiant star effect instead of the star effect I selected and freezes my screen. Please fix I really want to use that effect.
The more I use this app the more it crashes.I actually came here to see if there’s an update. Can’t believe I paid for this
I actually loved this app but recently they’ve been pushing an ad for another app in my face everytime I open this app. I feel extremely bamboozled. I’ve never spent so much on an app to have it force ads at me. It’s the feeling of being taken advantage of and there’s nothing you can do about it. That’s what this app makes you feel like.
