Wifi connect is not correctly this app not work correctly

Why have you not upgraded your app? It’s well behind the market with its lack of capabilities. It will not integrate with Alexa, Google or other apps with smart devices. It won’t simultaneously display on Smart HDTVs and you have no door bell cameras.

UPDATE 5/6/24 App does not work with new vimtag mini 3 cameras. The app allows you to view a live feed, but will not allow you to access your recorded videos on your sd card. Contacting the customer support and they claim it’s due to an unstable network, and yet my older cameras are working just fine with the app. It’s obvious the app is the issue but their tech support can’t seem to understand that. I have issues when I use the Icloud storage. Videos are distorted and not viewable. When I use my SD card, I have no problems at all. I wasted $29.99 on the Icloud storage!

I can’t see my most recent recordings anymore. I can only see things from 48+ hours prior

New Update is horrible!!!! Please bring back the old one!! Unable to get my recordings from this afternoon. Same thing happened previous days. HORRIBLE UPDATE!!!

LATEST UPDATE IS HORRIBLE !!!

I never had any issues until this new update today. I can’t get any old recordings off my SD card. Also it’s making my recording skip times. It’ll record one hour and then another hour later it will completely stop. Go back to the old format PLEASE.

At one time this app worked very very well and was dependable and informative as there was motion on your cameras to notify you via your iOS device .I don’t know what has happened recently but this app does not appear to be working well components are missing and I am very disappointed please please please developers work out the bugs this was once an amazingly good app and Camera system please get this back to functioning status thank you for your help.😩
