Vinasun Taxi is the official mobile application provided by Vinasun Corporation. In addition to the traditional ways, Vinasun Taxi mobile application gives customers a new way to book Vinasun taxis from smartphones.
Key features:
(1) allow customers to book taxis in advance.
(2) assign the nearest available taxi with detailed information about the car, the driver as well as the expected picking time. Customers could make direct phone call to the driver.
(3) allow customers to know and store his/her trip cost in the application thanks to the synchronization with the taxi meter.
(4) provide the distance and cost estimation if the departure and destination are provided.
(5) customers could cancel the booking without being charged.
(6) allow customers to find past trips and related information from the history list.

App froze my phone
This app froze my phone the minute I tried to open it up. I had to hard reset to fix this app is not worth it
Search function ridiculous payment friction
Drivers are not trained on the app and always cause problems when settling. Way to make the customer feel like a jerk every time they use your service! Location search can’t even find major hotels by name. Pullman, for example.
Tổng đài vận hành vô trách nhiệm
- Vinasun mất khách hàng vì sự vô trách nhiệm khi vận hành của tổng đài và tài xế thì vòi tiền khách không rõ ràng. - Tổng đài khi khách hàng có sự cố vì lái xe đòi thêm tiền dù điểm lên xe và xuống xe khoảng cách ngắn hơn khi book app và đã báo giá. Gọi lên thì tổng đài báo là khách và lái xe tự thương lượng giá.không giải quyết. - Vé cầu đường thì đòi khách hàng phải chi cả bận chờ khách và vòng quay về của lái xe ( Tổng đài khi hỏi cũng không chốt được thông tin này, bảo tự thương lượng) . Nói chung 1 đi không trở lại. Xoá app và Rate 1* cho sự thiếu trách nhiệm và sự không rõ ràng khi vận hành của Vinasun. ( 6/11/2021 19046 )

App still crashes after 24 Dec 2020 update on ios 11, please fix it.

Đặt xe trên app mấy lần tài xế toàn đón khách khác xong huye chuyến mình đặt trên app. Rất không hài lòng
