Goes offline a lot! Also, the date and time do not update and the temperature doesn’t update on the phone like it should.

Fix your app! Since the update 12/1/23 I can no longer connect to my thermostats remotely please fix it ASAP -iPhone user

When it works, it is great! However for the last 2 days it will not connect to the thermostat so I have to go manually adjust the temp anyways. It has worked on occasion and it's a great idea but when it doesn't work it is a real inconvenience.

I am trying to control my thermostat with the app and it is not working. I logged out uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app and it is still not working, so I am very dissatisfied with this app.

We recently bought a house that had this thermostat already installed. We have had it for 6 months and it’s been working for us, but we cannot figure out how to set up wifi, it’s pretty complicated and the app is not user friendly. I would give it a 5 stars if I were able to control it with my mobile device, but I’m giving it a 3 stars instead because we haven’t had any issues with the thermostat so far, we put in on auto and have it be on a schedule, which does well. We have never experienced it just turn off or reset itself unexpected. But here’s to hoping 🤞🏼

Cannot get the app to correctly show what the thermostat settings are. It seems to send the change I am trying to make but does not update on the app itself. Look at all the other poor reviews. The app developer needs to take some pride in their work.

The worst app in the world.

Will not work with Wi-Fi without locking up, needs fixed, have to use the thermostat manually. Should have just kept the one I had.

App functions are designed well but frequently lose connection. Lots of issues.
