A brilliant app that can only be graded as A quality ,very easy to use and has everything you need from a beginner’s aspect to a pro. The videos and help in each muscle component has helped me increase my form and ability to train everything is easy to follow and can’t fault the app. Be losing out by not downloading 👌🏽💯
