Seeing attachments on app on phone

When will we ever be able to see attachments on the phone app? Sort of useless

how is this considered good?

shocked that most dealers use this tbh. its always crashing, always down, the app straight up never works. would give it 0 stars but thats doesn’t exist for some reason, maybe it gets better with time…. but judging off of how bad its been for so long, probably not.

Worst app

Can’t believe this platform has milion users, and they have the one of the worst application which you can’t do anything, you can’t able see attachments from email. Has bugs, always getting lost

Good but could be great

E-mail signature doesn’t populate automatically on the mobile app. They recently removed the date filter on the mobile dashboard, which is really inconvenient. And outgoing call recordings no longer get saved automatically, so if you forget to save the notes, it’s like the call never existed.

Lots of Bugs

Lots of bugs. Not loading emails properly or being able to reply to emails, no iPad support, constant crashes. Please fix and bring out iPad support.

Better than the last app but still a way to go.

Click to call is a huge improvement but navigating the customer dashboard is unintuitive and confusing. Email signatures don't appear to populate. Same level of access for everyone - if you're an admin you're stuck with basic salesperson functions. It's easier to just pull up the website in Safari and zoom in. Their app development team must be even lazier than their desktop team.

Unimpressed

There are some major bugs, every time I’ve tried to log in it says error 401. Can anyone explain this? It would have been a lot more helpful for them to say something like “error logging on, call this number for customer service”

Poor stability

Lag and crush all the time. Not comparable to the website version.
