I wouldn’t trust this DEV team to run a bath, let alone a multi-million dollar platform… constantly running into buggy issues. They patch one thing, and somehow screw up 2 other things that were totally unrelated to the initial issue.
This is making my job in credibly difficult. Every new account takes forever to load up. Been using this app for a very long time and this is a very very sad version of a platform the sales needs to use to funtion. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
This app should really be fixed. Almost like using a dial up modem. Modem might possibly work faster. I just updated the app last week and it’s even worse than before. So many bugs and crashes when it eventually freezes. Not worth it!

Lots of changes in the last 6 years. One more improvement and I think it would be solid… optional DARK MODE.
Works in general but the iPad version doesn’t show pricing unless I pull up the invoice. This forces me to only use my iPhone as it does show pricing in the product page. Needs to be addressed.
Please fix the brand filter column size, or at least make it adjustable. I know I can edit the other columns but I like seeing everything in one look without having to move anything. Just make the brand column adjustable to size like how it was before at least.
It would be nice to see Karma Tasks integrated into the GUI more obviously. Right now, it’s hard to find making sales reps have to go through a menus to find tasks. Things like account notes and simple tasks should be readily available right in the account, not a sub-menu that you have to go dig for. That defeats the purpose of “easy to use” The UI is also clunky. I would like to see more focus on the app design and ease of use. There is also an interesting error in Karma when you assign a rep a task and delete the task, they will receive for the day and error out even though there are no tasks assigned. I have yet to find a solution to this, it seems like a bug.
